Taryn Beaumont

Taryn is our Charity Executive at Philanthropy Company, where she is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with our partners and ensuring their vision is at the heart of every project. Taryn plays a key role in managing projects, and works with our consulting and philanthropic advisory teams to deliver impactful, tailored results.

Taryn’s charity experience includes a leadership role for a local branch of a national charity, enabling her to develop a deep understanding of the operational and strategic challenges that non-profit organisations often face. She has a particular strength in developing and embedding effective operational processes, evaluating existing systems, and implementing practical improvements.

Prior to her work in the charity sector, Taryn served as a Police Controller with Thames Valley Police. Her previous role enabled her to develop exceptional interpersonal and communication skills while remaining calm under pressure — qualities she brings into her current role, where she is known for her warm, calm, collaborative approach and commitment to fostering strong partnerships with charities and their staff.

Outside of work, Taryn enjoys long walks in beautiful places with her rescue dog and spending quality time with family and friends.
