Bespoke consultancy
Having previously worked with Philanthropy Company on developing fundraising strategy at the Disasters Emergency Committee, I was looking for personal coaching support to develop my own skills and confidence to effectively deliver on the new strategy. Philanthropy Company matched me up with one of their coaches, Kate Ainsworth, for three sessions which were a perfect mix of teasing out and thinking through any challenges, and practical advice that I could put into action immediately. I feel that my confidence has increased and I have a clear plan already in motion of how to achieve our fundraising strategy.
