Gordon Cox joins Philanthropy Company as a Director

Gordon Cox joins Philanthropy Company as a director to lead our work with universities and academic institutions. We have a long history of working with some of the UK’s leading universities, and we look forward to Gordon guiding and supporting our clients and our expert team of consultants.

Gordon joins Philanthropy Company from Bath University, where he is currently Director of Advancement. Before that was in senior roles at the University of Oxford and University College, Oxford. In all positions, Gordon has built high-performing teams, led complex projects, and secured significant gifts ranging from six to eight figures from individuals, trusts, and corporates. His innovative approach to regular giving has earned him a highly respected reputation across the sector.

Gordon is excited to join Philanthropy Company and further strengthen our support to our clients in the education sector. His appointment is one of two new additions to our directors team.
