Challenge

UK Community Foundations (UKCF) leads a national network of community foundations bringing together people and organisations that want to improve their communities. UKCF asked for our support to deliver a series of bespoke philanthropy training sessions, tailored to an audience of community foundation staff.

Response

We delivered four bespoke sessions on: Prospect Research, Making the Ask, Engaging High Net-Worth Individuals and Engaging Professional Advisors. Sessions were developed with a focus on the particular strengths and challenges of Community Foundations’ fundraising. Across the summer 2023, experienced members of the Philanthropy Company team delivered the four engaging and interactive sessions online.
