Naomi Butters

Naomi is a dedicated philanthropy and trust fundraising specialist, who helps Philanthropy Company clients to plan and launch trust programmes, build pipelines and develop strategic partnerships. Her skill for building long-term relationships with philanthropists and trusts has successfully secured substantial funding for core costs and projects, demonstrated in her ongoing work for Philanthropy Company client, Spitalfields City Farm.
Naomi has held a number of senior roles for both local and national charities, including Kidney Research UK, Northamptonshire Community Foundation and RNIB. Naomi is also the Co-Founder of ICENA Ltd, a social enterprise offering training and consultancy to prevent and respond to sexual harassment and gender inequality.
Beyond work, Naomi remains a committed volunteer. Naomi has volunteered for Victim Support and was Chair of her local Rape Crisis Centre.
