Kate Ainsworth

Kate is a versatile fundraising consultant and coach, working with Philanthropy Company clients to inspire teams, helping them gain the confidence and skills they need to transform their fundraising. Kate works with The Alde & Ore Estuary Trust to support their project to rebuild river walls. She has also combined her fundraising and coaching expertise to deliver fundraising training for The Royal Free Charity.

Kate has worked within philanthropy and corporate teams at major charities such as The Prince’s Trust, Help for Heroes, and The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation. Her experience at The Prince’s Trust involved supporting young entrepreneurs to establish their own businesses, drawing on her own experience within a start-up. She is passionate about bringing her start-up experience to smaller charities, helping them to navigate the challenge of using small amounts of time and resources to make a big difference.
