Joanna is Project Director at Philanthropy Company, focused on nurturing our talented consulting and philanthropic advisory teams. She draws on her extensive experience in the charity sector to ensure that we deliver exceptional service to our clients, helping them to secure the results they need.

With over 20 years of experience, Joanna has led successful fundraising and cultivation events for prominent national and international charities. During her time at Save the Children, she managed a multi-million-pound portfolio of high-profile events hosted at prestigious venues including the Guildhall, Buckingham Palace, and private homes of donors, often featuring members of the Royal Family. Joanna’s strategic leadership extended to working with influential volunteer committees, politicians, celebrities, and senior corporate figures, all while aligning events with major giving targets. Her expertise at Philanthropy Company includes delivering distinguished events for clients such as The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust at the Bank of England and Foundation for Future London.

Outside of her professional achievements, Joanna is known for her warm, collaborative approach and dedication to fostering authentic relationships. She has partnered with Compassion to sponsor children for over 20 years; ran the Royal Parks Half Marathon in 2024 to raise money for Coeliac UK and volunteers in the kids programme at her local church.
