Hilary has over 20 years’ experience of delivering organisational, digital, and content strategies for arts, culture, and media organisations. This comes with hands-on experience in strategic planning and implementation, creative leadership, content and audience strategies, delivering immersive and innovation projects, and creating change in organisational cultures.
