Dee is a qualified executive coach, consultant, facilitator, advisor and interim senior leader, working at the intersection of leadership, philanthropy, and social change. At Philanthropy Company, she brings deep insight and strategic thinking to projects spanning organisational development and team leadership. She works with individual clients and groups, including CEOs, senior leaders, founders, and volunteer boards, and has supported a wide range of clients across the charity, higher education, and grant-giving sectors.

Dee’s background spans over 20 years in senior leadership roles across philanthropy, fundraising and communications, including at King’s College London, the London School of Economics, and in national and international charities, public sector bodies, and NHS hospital charities. Alongside her consultancy projects Dee is a Director at Ten Years Time, a philanthropy advisory firm specialising in equitable and reparative giving. Dee is also Executive Coach and Critical Friend to the co-founders of Civil Society Consulting and regularly contributes as a speaker, panellist, and group facilitator for professional forums including the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.

Dee is a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and a volunteer Chair of the CIOF Major Donor Special Interest Group, where she champions ethical and inclusive approaches to philanthropy.
