Annalise Pask

Director, Arts & Heritage

Annalise is an experienced fundraising strategist and senior stakeholder relations manager, helping Philanthropy Company clients to build sustainable revenue streams with cross-organisation and external support. She joined Philanthropy Company in 2017 and oversees our Arts, Culture and Heritage portfolio, including development reviews, fundraising strategies, and implementation of active fundraising plans for clients such as English National Opera, National Portrait Gallery, York Archaeology, St Paul’s Cathedral, Unicorn Theatre and Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance.

Annalise brings a deep understanding of the cultural fundraising landscape, having spent several years building high-level partnerships for corporate clients with major institutions such as the British Museum, Royal Shakespeare Company, National Portrait Gallery and Tate. Her experience also includes trusts and corporate roles at the Royal Opera House and English National Ballet, and a portfolio of consultancy projects supporting smaller charities across a range of sectors.

Outside of work, Annalise remains passionate about philanthropy. As a Trustee and Vice Chair of the Grants Panel for Heart of Bucks, the Buckinghamshire Community Foundation, she enjoys getting to know local charities, understanding their challenges, and helping them make a lasting difference.
