Paula has over 15 years’ experience working in education and the third sector.  Offering expertise in strategy, fundraising, team management and negotiation, with a passion for impact.  Paula has worked across multiple fundraising streams including the creation and delivery of major corporate partnerships securing six figure donations and delivery of high profile events also bringing in six figure sums. Through these partnerships and events Paula has successfully developed long term relationships with businesses, HNW individuals and trusts & foundations.  With event experience encompassing everything from conferences to overseas mass participation challenges, Paula prides herself on growing participation and reducing costs to increase income.

Paula’s skills lie in operational structure, process and performance. Having overseen large growth and expansion she ensures an organisation’s vision is delivered by translating strategies into operational plans.  Paula brings with her a great ability to analyse and improve operational processes, strong people management and organisational skills.  Her understanding of the importance of an organisation’s culture when implementing change contributes to her success in driving impact and improving performance.  She analyses charity customer needs and determines how operations can be altered to improve services to customers and better meet their needs, ensuring funders see the impact their support is having.

Paula has always been passionate about helping young people overcome challenges to reach their full potential and have positive successful lives as well as spending nearly a decade at Dallaglio RugbyWorks Paula has worked with a number of small youth focused organisations to help increase their impact.
