Naomi Butters

Naomi is passionate about working closely with charities and social enterprises to enable them to reach their goals. With a specialism in Philanthropy and Trust Fundraising, her skills include planning and the development of trust programmes, pipeline development, stewardship, strategic partnerships and developing fundraising strategies. Her skill in developing long-term relationships with philanthropists and Trusts has helped to secure significant funding for core costs and projects for the organisations she has worked with.
Naomi has held a number of senior roles for both local and national charities, these include; Kidney Research UK, Northamptonshire Community Foundation and RNIB. As well as paid roles, Naomi has volunteered for Victim Support and up until 2020, was Chair of her local Rape Crisis Centre.
Alongside her work for the Philanthropy Company, Naomi is the Co-Founder of ICENA Ltd, a social enterprise which empowers individuals to create social change. When she’s not working you’ll find Naomi either wild swimming or on her stand-up paddleboard on the river.
