Kate is a senior executive coach and fundraiser who has spent 14 years working in various senior roles in fundraising. She is hugely passionate about helping charity leaders become kind and inspiring leaders. Kate’s coaching style is to take on an individualistic approach to each project and to work with the leadership team to create the best results, helping clients to understand who they are and how they can improve their relationships with individuals who operate differently to them using the D.I.S.C method. She runs dynamic workshops, designed to improve relationships in internal and external teams. Kate is a qualified coach with a Distinction in Personal Performance coaching from The Coaching Academy, gained in 2015.
She has held senior fundraising roles in philanthropy and corporate fundraising at The Prince’s Trust and The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, working with high net worth supporters to help the UK’s young people into jobs, training, education or volunteering. She also developed and led The Prince’s Trust Women Supporting Women, their female network initiative. Apart from managing her team and increasing income, she also developed her team through coaching.
