Ilana Jackman






Ilana is an accomplished fundraiser with in-depth experience in major gifts, corporate partnerships and working with volunteer boards. She has run participation and legacy campaigns, secured grants and run an events fundraising calendar. Ilana has raised in excess of £20m during her career, from £5k to £2m gifts.

Ilana has worked in small, medium and large organisations, including the NSPCC, Jewish Care and Apps for Good.  At the NSPCC she worked for on the FULL STOP Campaign, one of the biggest capital campaigns in the UK and had a role as Senior Partnership Manager, Principal Gifts: raising £250,000+ gifts and training/mentoring the UK-wide team of major gift fundraisers to secure gifts at this level.

Her clients have included The Outward Bound Trust, Bliss, Kingston University, Stonewall, the Microinsurance Innovation Facility (Geneva), The Nelson Mandela African Institute (Tanzania), City University, Age UK and Lewisham Local Authority. She has equipped and enabled these organisations to raise corporate partnerships and individual gifts worth 100s of thousands of pounds. At Kingston University Ilana designed a legacy campaign that drove up confirmed legators tenfold.

Ilana has supported clients with identifying new areas where organisations can raise funds, focusing on monetising the organisation’s strengths to create sustainable income streams; a strategic approach to establish a route to raise more income; delivering training through working with volunteers, fundraising and senior staff to give them the skills and confidence to inspire people to give.
