The University Of Buckingham To Launch Centre For The Study Of Liberal Economics
It was announced today that Lord Vinson, entrepreneur and co-founder of the Centre for Policy Studies, has made a gift of £5 million jointly to the University of Buckingham and the Institute of Economic Affairs to widen understanding of the Constitution of Liberty.
Congratulations to both Lord Vinson, for his wonderful gift and to the Sir Anthony and the University of Buckingham on the achievement and everything that it will bring. We are thrilled to be working with the University of Buckingham during this exciting time.

Philanthropy in a Changing World – a Philanthropy Company event
On the 11th of February, we were delighted to host an evening of networking and thought on the trends in philanthropy at Modern Art Oxford, with guest speakers David Isaac, CBE, (Chair of Modern Art Oxford; Partner of Pinsent Masons, a Director of the Big Lottery Fund and a Trustee of the Human Dignity Trust and 14-18 Now which marks the centenary of WW1) and Jasmine Whitbread (until recently CEO of Save the Children International overseeing programmes in 120 countries for the world’s most deprived children).

A year in summary
Last week the Philanthropy Company gathered for a festive drink in the heart of the Olympic park, East London. In the afternoon the team came and shared updates from our work – from the University of Buckingham, to Chelsea Academy, and to the International Committee of the Red Cross – and thought about how the Company will go forward in 2016 and beyond. We have some exciting projects underway along with our client work, and are all looking forward to another year working with exceptional people and organisations.
