Co-founded by Bono and other campaigners, ONE is a grassroots advocacy and campaigning organisation that fights extreme poverty and preventable disease particularly in Africa.



The challenge

ONE was looking to develop a European fundraising strategy focused on high net worth individuals and private foundations.

Our response

We delivered the project in three distinct phases:
1. Research – we conducted research on potential donors and drew up a long list of European prospects.
2. Identification of potential donors and approach development – we conducted an in-depth analysis into the long list and produced detailed donor profiles showing potential interest and gift scale plus any existing links with ONE.
3. Feasibility and testing of gift potential – once we had helped identify a short list of potential donors, we conducted interviews for input into ONE fundraising propositions and plans.
