Who we are

We are all experienced consultants and fundraising managers who deliver strategic advice, coaching, interim leadership and hands-on fundraising. Between us we have worked with hundreds of organisations. We know what works and what doesn’t.

We all have extensive experience gained within non-profit organisations and have personally solicited significant gifts either from high net-worth individuals, corporates or trusts. We have all worked with volunteer boards and trustees and managed teams.

Caroline is a senior leader and an expert in fundraising and philanthropy. She works at the highest levels with chiefs of industry, philanthropists, celebrities and government leaders and is an experienced board member and senior manager.

Flora Craig

Flora Craig has had a 20 year career in the arts working at a senior level in fundraising, management and business development. She was Deputy Director at Camden Arts Centre from 1998 to 2004, overseeing its significant lottery funded refurbishment project and Director of External Relations at the Crafts Council from 2004 to 2007.
