With over two decades of professional experience in corporate and charity sector organisations, Jeanette’s expertise spans strategic planning, marketing, public relations, fundraising, business development, programme management, and partnership building.
At Standard Chartered, Jeanette was the Head of Community Investment Health Programmes. She formulated the Bank’s global health strategy and managed its execution in seventy countries. She was responsible for delivering the Bank’s flagship programme, Seeing is Believing, which has raised over USD 80 million and impacted the lives of more than 65 million people. In addition, her portfolio included the company’s HIV and AIDS programme, Positive Living, which is one of the longest running and most respected employee engagement programmes.
Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Jeanette led a team focused on marketing and business development at Plan International, one of the largest and oldest civil society organisations in the world. In that capacity, she helped refine Plan’s strategic vision and enhanced the fundraising product and programme offering. Jeanette has also held senior marketing roles in Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), part of the Tata Group, and AIRCOM International (now TEOCO), a telecoms consulting firm.
Equally comfortable engaging with C-Suite level executives as well as front-line fundraisers and programme implementation teams, Jeanette helps to motivate teams to work together to make lasting and measurable impact.
